Wow! What can I say, right from booking the appointment the customer service has been amazing. I had booked in for my annual carpet clean and then last week we had an accident with a bottle of nail varnish (great timing 😉) so I really did put them to the test, see the photos attached! Thanks again Recce and Dave, I am so happy how all the carpets came out 🙂.

Can highly recommend this company. Kieran was punctual and friendly and did a super job cleaning a mattress and some carpets.

Reece was very informative on the phone when I called. He took the trouble to explain the options. Keiran was very polite and cheerful and did a good job of cleaning the sofa.
It was a bit expensive at £180 for the hour of work but a good service

From the initial contact to the actual cleaning, the Carpet Bird staff were friendly, professional, and quick. Highly recommended for end-of-tenancy carpet cleaning.
